Back in 2019, I was working with a small manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City. Their books were a mess – costs scattered across different systems, no clear picture of what was actually profitable. Sound familiar?

Senior Financial Analyst

Linh has been untangling cost structures for Vietnamese companies since 2018. She started in manufacturing, moved into retail, and now works across different industries. What she's really good at is finding the costs that are hiding in plain sight.

Before joining us, she spent three years at a mid-sized logistics company where she helped them reduce operational costs by identifying inefficiencies in their route planning and warehouse management. The company saved enough to expand into two new provinces.
